The entire choice of construction materials is based on sustainability, with certification of manufacturing process, transportation, durability and maintenance.
The entire construction structure will be made from a mix of woodframe and CLT, an innovative construction method that guarantees quality, speed and high energy efficiency.
Sustainably sourced wood certified in accordance with the FSC standard will be used.
FINISHES
All finishes are made from top quality materials with sustainability certification, both in manufacturing and in origin.
Priority was given to natural materials that are easy to maintain and highly durable.
On the floors there are wood for private areas and concrete in common areas.
